Catered by a local favorite, The Flame, featuring butler-passed appetizers and hors d'oeuvres, 2 main entrees, and scrumptious desserts. Each ticket includes open bar, live and silent auction, Raise Your Paddle, and dancing to music by BTA Entertainment. Dress is River Gala Attire (business casual).
SATURDAY GALA TICKETS/MAY 10th
There are no physical tickets. Upon purchase of gala ticket(s), your name(s) will be added to the guest list for the Saturday night gala. Check-in begins at 5:30pm that Saturday at the reception tent. You will receive your table assignment, program, and bidder number at check-in.
Please let us know if you are unable to attend the Saturday night Gala as soon as possible. We allow transfer of ticket(s) to others, with your approval. Refunds cannot be issued less than 14 days from the event due to catering needs. We hope you will consider making a donation to Hope Clinic, but are happy to issue a refund upon your request.
