Parking for both events will be located across the street from the event behind Yawl's cafe in a large gravel lot. This is limited parking so for any overflow parking, this will be on west side of harbor (before you turn right to go to Harbor Club) and a shuttle van will take you to event on front lawn of

River Dunes Harbor Club. 

Look for Hope Regala parkings signs.

MAY 9, 2025 - BBQ & Live Music by Moores Creek Bluegrass

6:00pm - Check in begins

Upon arrival, the guest list will be at the registration table. Purchases for raffle tickets to win themed baskets, gift cards, and more will be available. 

6:15pm - BBQ Dinner served by Dennis Brinson, David Hodges, and Reelsboro Methodist Church

7:00pm - Raffle drawings held

5:30pm - Check in and cocktail hour begins

6:30pm - Dinner served by The Flame 

7:30pm - Silent Auction closes

7:35pm - Golden $10K Raffle Drawing

7:45pm - Live Auction, & Raise Your Paddle followed by dancing to music provided by BTA Entertainment
